KM08 Construction Co., Ltd., with a proven track record in luxury hospitality and high-end property construction across Thailand — including partnerships with brands such as Beyond Resorts, Crest Resort & Pool Villa, and Anantara — serves as the main construction partner. KM08 brings technical execution, structural expertise, and hospitality-standard finishing to the realization of this exclusive project.
